How syncing works

Customers become QuickBooks Customers; invoices are created with their line items under a generic "Services" item; payments are applied against their invoice.
Sales tax is added as a "Sales Tax" line so QuickBooks totals match RAD Repairs exactly (per-jurisdiction tax codes are not mapped).
"Sync Everything Now" pushes recent customers, invoices, and payments (up to 500 each). Already-synced records are updated, not duplicated.

Server Setup Required

The server is missing QuickBooks app credentials. The platform administrator needs to create an app at developer.intuit.com, add the redirect URI <server>/api/v1/quickbooks/callback, and set QUICKBOOKS_CLIENT_ID, QUICKBOOKS_CLIENT_SECRET (and optionally QUICKBOOKS_REDIRECT_URI, QUICKBOOKS_ENVIRONMENT=sandbox) in the backend environment, then restart the server.
