Configure automatic billing behavior for maintenance plan assets. These settings control how recurring invoices are created and managed when RMM assets enroll in paid plans.
Default Billing Day
When a new recurring invoice is auto-created from an asset enrollment, billing will default to this day of the month. This can be overridden per individual recurring invoice.
Auto-Archive Offline Assets
Automatically archive maintenance plan assets (Bronze/Silver/Gold) that have been offline for an extended period. Archived assets are removed from billing. This does NOT affect assets on custom RMM policies.
Overdue Payment Reminders
Send automatic email reminders when recurring invoice payments are overdue. Uses the "Recurring Payment Overdue" email template which can be customized in Admin Settings.
