Configure automatic document printing for your repair shop

Location:

Create an API key to connect the AutoPrinter desktop application. Each key should be unique per workstation.

Key Name Give it a descriptive name to identify which computer it's for

Configure which documents automatically print when created. These are the default settings - users can override them in the AutoPrinter app.

Exclude certain types of documents from auto-printing

RMM Alert Tickets

Don't auto-print tickets created from RMM alerts (automated monitoring)

Zero-Balance Invoices

Don't auto-print invoices with $0.00 total

Draft Estimates

Only print estimates when marked as sent/approved (not drafts)
